1. What's vat dye?

This dye is not soluble in water, dyeing need of caustic soda and a reducing agent

powder is first reduced into soluble leuco sodium, in order to dyeing fibers, and

then oxidized to the fiber leuco oxidation into the original insoluble dye, fiber

showed the original color of dye. The dye has excellent water resistance and

light fastness, but the price is more expensive, the process is cumbersome, and the

dyeing cost is high, which is mainly used for the dyeing of cellulose fibers.
